AlpineSaying goodbye

Production of the A110, until now the last Alpine with an internal combustion engine, will continue until June. But a new model is already waiting in the wings and will also be the star of the festival.

One goes, another comes

With the A110 R Ultime, Alpine’s racy sports car heads into retirement. For this final edition, every trick from motorsport has been pulled: the four-cylinder turbo engine has been pushed to 345 hp, weight has been radically reduced, and the chassis has been tuned for maximum performance on the circuit. Only 110 units will be built, and the price of more than €250,000 is unlikely to deter collectors from snapping up the last ‘real’ Alpine.

While there is no direct successor ready just yet, the most powerful model Alpine has ever built is already lined up. With three electric motors delivering 400 or 470 hp, the A390 opens an entirely new chapter. The combination of all-wheel drive and an extremely dynamic chassis promises a high level of driving enjoyment without sacrificing practicality: the sport fastback also offers space for a small family.
