Valhalla is the name of the first Aston Martin with a plug-in hybrid mid-engine layout, and performance figures that push every boundary: 1,079 hp, 1,100 Nm, and a top speed of 350 km/h. So extreme, in fact, that the Valhalla has even made appearances in the games Fortnite and Rocket League – chances are you will not see the hypercar anywhere else, except at the 2026 festival.
After the coupé versions last year, the Vanquish Volante and Vantage Roadster mark the launch of the open-top variants of the two well-known sports cars. With this, the Vanquish also sets a new record as the fastest and most powerful front-engined convertible.
Its V12 produces 835 hp. The Vantage, in its open version, retains the coupé’s drivetrain, in this case a 4.0-litre V8 twin-turbo. Its fabric roof folds away in just 6.8 seconds, while the additional weight is a very modest 60 kilos.
And since all good things come in threes, a third convertible joins the line-up with the DB12 Volante. Aston Martin is particularly proud of the roof, which folds away exceptionally slim and low. Power comes from a 4.0-litre V8 twin-turbo, ensuring driving pleasure is never in short supply.
Vantage S, DB12 S, and DBX S – all three represent the new top versions of their respective ranges. In the Vantage, this means 680 hp and 800 Nm, along with a revised chassis and discreetly sportier design accents. The V12 in the top version of the DB12 delivers just 20 hp more, but also benefits from visual and technical modifications aimed at increased sportiness. The performance crown goes to the DBX: the SUV is boosted to 727 hp and 900 Nm, while shedding 47 kilos in weight.
