Henrik Olsson Lilja represented A$AP Rocky in his court case after he was taken into custody for assaulting a 19-year-old in July, but was replaced by Slobodan Jovicic before the rapstar’s trial.
On Friday, Olsson Lilja was shot by a gun man as he left his Stockholm apartment in the morning. According to the reports, the shooter jumped into a SUV and drove off after shooting the lawyer. Olsson Lilja was still in the building when shot and was able to contact the police from a neighbour’s phone.
His current physical condition remains to be determined. The police are treating the shooting as an isolated incident and have taken several people into custody. It is not yet clear whether the shooting was linked to representing the US rapper.
