Will you be celebrating International Dog Day? Here are some ideas to honour the most loyal of pets.

Consider adopting a dog, if you haven’t already! There are several shelters in and around Luxembourg. Although the number of abandoned pets has reduced in recent months, there are still a number of animals waiting for new owners. Check out the shelters here:

If you’re not able to adopt, perhaps you could make a donation instead! Or volunteer to walk a dog for a family member or neighbour (Covid-19 regulations allowing, of course).

For pet owners, why not give your pooch a pamper, or make them something fancy to eat? These peanut butter dog treats are a hit! Take your dog for a nice walk, then cuddle up together with some biscuits and a cuppa for you. Bliss!
