@kevinrizor’s tweet alerted the Celle police to the issue, who drove to the area in question to indeed find out that yes, an RPG launcher had indeed been left on the side of the road.
As it turns out, the launcher was a non-functional dummy that had been left there for an army exercise.
The police force tweeted that at no point had there been any danger. Instead, the Dutch army had been engaging in an exercise in the area.
