It all started when Robson sending a photo of Charlie carrying what she thought was a stick to his owner. It was only then that she realised what Charlie actually had in his mouth: a large sex toy.
“He ran down a hill and at the time I didn’t realise but he came back up with it [the sex toy] in his mouth,” Robson told The Sun.
“From a distance it just looked like a stick and the owner had just messaged me to see how he was so I sent that picture - then two minutes later realised what it was.
Mortified, she tried to get Charlie to drop the object, but the young Labrador refused, leading to a chase that lasted around 15 minutes.
“It was bouncing everywhere - eventually I managed to distract him enough to get him away from it,” Robson continued.
“There’s a bit of a drop and I tried to kick it near there and it bounced into a ditch, then I was like ‘Charlie come on, let’s go’.”
Luckily for Robson, the dog’s owner apparently found the incident hilarious.
