In the world of real estate, it's not uncommon for property listings to go viral for their stunning views or unique features. But a flat in Melbourne, Australia, has caught the internet's attention for a rather unusual reason.

The now-deleted listing featured an image of a bedroom with a peculiar detail - a human-shaped lump in one of the beds. It seems someone was either incredibly tired or had a unique sense of humour when the estate agent came around for photos.

One amused flat-hunter, spotting the hilarious detail, took a screenshot of the two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit advert and posted the picture on Reddit. The caption? “When you can’t be bothered to get out of bed for listing photos.”

The post sparked a wave of witty comments. One user wrote, “You just stay right there mate, we won’t be long. Just need to take a quick photo… Actually, if you could perhaps drop the pose and pull the duvet over the top of you, that’d be great… Thanks.”

Another added, “Let’s hope they’re alive!” And one person quipped, “Photograph me like one of your slums you rent for $500/week.”

News.com.au reached out to Harcourts for comment, but there’s been no response so far. Perhaps they’re still trying to figure out how to explain the ‘human lump’ in the bed.

So, the next time you’re scrolling through property listings, remember - it’s not just the square footage and location you need to pay attention to. You might just spot a hilarious detail that makes your day.
