Kansas City Chiefs' kicker Harrison Butker kicks the ball for kickoff Super Bowl LVII between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, on February 12, 2023.
Yannis Xydias of the highly successful Manso Group and pizza expert Cris Ruocco joined Stephen "Steps" Lowe on The Lunchbox to talk all things foodie ahead of the Superbowl LVIII this weekend.
Yannis dropped by the studio last week to chat about the upcoming fan event celebrating the Superbowl, as well sharing details about the Manso Group's latest restaurant Il Tocco in collaboration with pizza expert Cris. The new restaurant, ten years in the making, promises to deliver a unique Italian dining experience in Luxembourg, going beyond the usual pasta and pizza fare and focusing on quality ingredients with an open-plan, open-view kitchen. Cris will be bringing his pizza prowess to Il Tocco's kitchen, along with his indomitable social media presence, when the restaurant opens later this month.
The most-watched television event in the world is almost upon us. If all the word "Superbowl" means to you is a wonderful nocturnal bird, look away now... but if you're into American football and staying up until the early hours anyway, why not join fellow NFL fans at The Game sports bar in Kirchberg this Sunday?
The Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers will be competing for the Vince Lombardi trophy this weekend in Las Vegas, and you can catch all the action live at The Game as they aim to become the "second-best place" to watch the Superbowl.
The bar and kitchen will be open all night long to accommodate NFL fans from midnight until the morning, serving food and drink well into the early hours. With commentary in English, The Game promises a friendly and lively atmosphere for all fans, ending with a special "champion's breakfast" before closing at around 6am. The event is open to ticket-holders only and sells out every year, so book your spot now!
