For more than a decade, the German label Ruf Records has set itself the mission to promote and push young promising acts in the genre of blues music. Blues Club Lëtzebuerg has always welcomed the performances here in Luxembourg, and thus a long-term collaboration flourished between the two partners: Blues Caravan!

Originally from St. Louis, guitarist Jeremiah Johnson released the album “Straitjacket” in 2018, a solid production for the fans of rough blues rock. For singer Whitney Shay, residing in San Diego, the most important thing is to have a good time on stage. Her contagious mix rhythm ‘n’ blues is lively and feel-good. Last but not least, Ryan Perry, from Tupelo/Mississippi, won a contract to record his first album at the age of 16. Get to see all three at this year’s caravan!
