The police in Lufkin, Texas, said the incident took place in a Walmart. Officers were working to confirm her identity and that of the person who filmed the video.
The police said Blue Bell had removed all Tin Roof tubs from Walmart and thinks it has found the compromised product.
She faces 20-years for Tampering With A Consumer Product.
