Monday, 17 November marked a soft launch for RTL Today Radio’s new schedule and sound. But even though the station has mixed up its lineup of shows and presenters, listeners can still look forward to the weekly Artist Hour, live at 8pm on Sunday evenings.
With the recent bombshell news that legendary British pop star Robbie Williams will be performing at Luxexpo’s open air show on 6 July, 2026, we thought he would make the perfect candidate for an hour-long show dedicated to just one artist’s discography.
To honour Robbie’s return, RTL Today Radio gave away two very special Golden Circle tickets to his upcoming show – netting winners tickets to the very front of the crowd with a clear view of the man himself. Williams was last in Luxembourg in 2023 when, due to especially high demand, he performed two night in a row.
The recent biopic on his life, Better Man, featured Williams voicing his past self as an anthropomorphic monkey. The 2024 film is self-deprecating, raw, and brutally honest about the britpop icon’s raucous past – which, many fans feel, only adds to his self-aware mystique.
