The contest will be held in Bulgaria for the first time following DARA's victory at this year's edition with Bangaranga.
As one of Bulgaria's most important coastal cities, Burgas is known for its beaches, cultural life, and many summer festivals. For the Eurovision Song Contest, the city will welcome fans from all over Europe and transform for a few days into the centre of the international music scene.
Luxembourg is set to participate in the Eurovision Song Contest again in 2027 for the fourth time since its 30-year hiatus ended in 2024. The registration phase is currently open for singers, performers, and songwriters, with auditions planned for autumn 2026. A representative will be picked at the Luxembourg Song Contest on 30 January 2027 – and whoever wins that night heads to Sofia in May to take the Eurovision stage.
