Den Atelier brought another outstanding international act to the Grand Duchy as Babymetal melted the Rockhal stage with an electrifying performance.
The Luxembourg audience, well warmed up by supporting act Wargasm, matched the band’s energy in a communal celebration of the power of music.
Formed in 2010, Babymetal are credited with the creation and popularization of the genre known as kawaii metal: a fusion of heavy metal and Japanese idol-pop music.
They took the world by storm, and hit songs like ‘Gimme Chocolate!!’, ‘Megitsune’, ‘KARATE’ and ‘Headbangeeeeerrrrr!!!!!’ have been in heavy rotation among music platforms, reaching millions of streams.
