Sam Steen spoke to Mark Oliver Everett a.k.a. E of the band Eels about the newest album, fatherhood and more on Talking Music.
The band’s latest album titled ‘Extreme Witchcraft’ was written in collaboration with John Parish. E laughed that you would never be able to tell, but the album was recorded while he was in Los Angeles and John was based in England. “No one was in the same room during recording.”
The two also spoke about fatherhood, with E admitting that his son seems very unimpressed of his father’s line of work, despite having his music featured in one of the Shrek films.
Eels will be performing at Den Atelier in little ol’ Luxembourg on April 11, get your tickets here.
