Adriano Lopes Da Silva, who goes by Adrian (Éidriän), has not been in the music business for long, but has already scooped up several awards.

Adrian is yet another at the forefront of the exciting new wave of Luxembourg musicians.

Straddling art, performance and song, Adrian is primed to take 'the next step'. Speaking to Stephen 'Steps' Lowe on Eldoradio in January, he was quick to address a potential issue with the Luxembourg scene as a whole; "While there is a lot of support to 'make' music there it can quickly stop. We need support from the media and the Luxembourg people."

Adrian is not without significant talent, his single recalling the drama of Patrick Wolf and Woodkid, with a production value that many newcomers can only dream of.

At the 2018 Screaming Fields festival alone, Adrian came away with three awards and has had experience performing as the support act for Austinn.

Adrian is currently working closely with producer Tom Gatti (Audio Oak, Eternal Tango, Mad Fox) on a number of songs, of which Discontinous is the first.

His songs focus on the identity and role that an artist plays in society and this is a subject close to his heart - given that he has experienced both high and lows in regards to close friends and those that may not have been who they seemed.

Adrian will also be performing live in February: 16 February at the Entrepot in Arlon and 23 February at the Kulturfabrik in Esch-sur-Alzette.
