RIPLuxembourg actor Leo Folschette passes away at 67

On Tuesday, Luxembourg actor Leo Folschette passed away at the age of 67 after a long illness, his family confirmed to RTL.

Folschette appeared in films such as Gutland, Little Duke, and Linda, Linda!, with the latter winning the Luxembourg Film Prize for Best Short Film this year. He is survived by three daughters.

In addition to his work in front of the camera, he also contributed to the television station Dok and produced municipal television for Mamer TV and Steesel TV. To mark the release of Little Duke (2023) by Andy Bausch, Leo Folschette also appeared as a guest on RTL’s Live! Planet People.
