Next week marks the official start of the art week at the Victor Hugo hall in Limpertsberg. As part of the art week, a statue by Austrian artist Erwin Wurm was erected on Glacis Square on Thursday.
Wurm is well-known for his contemporary art sculptures and extravagant pieces, which are often associated with satirical humour.
In 2006, for instance, Wurm installed a family home on the roof of the Museum of Modern Art in Vienna.
