MPs Fernand Kartheiser and Fred Keup filed the complaint earlier this year following the broadcast of the “Presseclub” show, in which Sabharwal referred to the politicians as “scumbags”.
In a press release issued on Friday, the ADR party said they viewed the official warning as confirmation of the validity of their complaint.
