Two ADR MPs lodged an official complaint against Dhiraj Sabharwal, accusing the Tageblatt head of having insulted them in an RTL Radio roundtable discussion.

MPs Fernand Kartheiser and Fred Keup filed the complaint earlier this year following the broadcast of the "Presseclub" show, in which Sabharwal referred to the politicians as "scumbags".

In a press release issued on Friday, the ADR party said they viewed the official warning as confirmation of the validity of their complaint.
