The popularity of the BLC cookbook, “Lëtz Cook” continues unabated!

This award-winning compilation of recipes and anecdotes forms part of the “Sustainable Gastronomy Day" exhibition at Alfred Nobel House in in Karlskoga, Sweden.

The exhibition runs until 21st October and is co-organized by the Gourmand Awards and the Hallbars Research Institute for Sustainability Reports.

The Gourmand Awards is celebrating ten years of its “Sustainable Food Books” category and is exhibiting a selection of the best of the books spanning 25 years.

Over 600 gastronomy books from 62 countries have participated in the Gourmand Awards and the BLC’s “Lëtz Cook” is currently in the running for a “Best in World” award.
