Christine Majerus was the superior competitor in the women's division, thereby securing her 36th national title.

The final race on Sunday ended with a victory for Kevin Geniets. Due to the coronavirus, the national championships had to be adapted, but the organisers managed to assure that all safety measures were respected at the event.

Ed Buchette, president of the Mamer cycling club, noted that all parties involved in the event complied with the safety regulations, such as wearing masks and keeping distances. Moreover, the event saw a record number of participants, with over 100 cyclists competing in the time trial alone.

Men

During the defining stages of the men's race, a group made up of the top contenders managed to escape the peloton: Bob Jungels, Alex Kirsch, Jempy Drucker, and Kevin Geniets. In the final round, both Jungels and Geniets challenged for a win, leaving the rest of the group behind. In the end, the underdog prevailed when Geniets beat Jungels to the title. Drucker became third.

In the men's non-professional division, Mike Diener secured the title in front of Pol Weisgerber and Charel Meyers.
