The Luxembourgish international turned the tide in the final moments of the game after stepping onto the pitch in the 76th minute.

The first semi-final of the Swiss Cup was played on Sunday afternoon, BSC Young Boys Bern facing FC Sion at home. The Luxembourgish international Christopher Martins came on as a substitute for Bern in the 76th minute, just 4 minutes after Nsamé had put the team in front with the opening goal of the game. 10 minutes before the end of the game, Sion, who were only playing with 10 men, managed to equalise and level the score.

Time for Martins to step in: during the firs minute of added time, the Luxembourgish footballer scored a header to put his side back in front!

Bern subsequently overwhelmed Sion with another goal by Mambimbi in the third minute of added time, meaning the game ended with a score of 3:1.

It is still to be decided whether Bern will face FC Basel or FC Winterthur in the final.
