A billionaire was keen on trying out his Bugatti Chiron in eastern Germany. He filmed himself speeding and put the video on YouTube.
The video shows the man driving at 417 km/h between Magdeburg and Berlin. The footage was allegedly filmed back in summer 2021, but only uploaded a couple of weeks ago. Millions of people have watched the video already.
The footage was professionally produced. There were people filming on the motorway bridges and from inside other vehicles on the motorway. Apparently, it was not the first time the crew used the route to make a comparable movie.
Police in Sachsen-Anhalt have now opened an investigation into illegal car racing. The main suspect at the moment is a billionaire from Czech Republic.
