The early fog will turn into moderate cloud cover, but the morning should remain mostly dry.
Later on, though, be prepared for some thick clouds sweating out a few drops. As the evening advances, we should see an increase in the frequency and intensity of the rain. Not as bad as the last few days, mind you, but I wouldn’t hang my clothes outside to dry.
The temperature won’t be anything to write home about (unless you’re sending a complaint letter): between 3 and 5°C in the morning, going up to 10-12°C in the afternoon, and dropping a couple degrees as the night arrives.
