Two knife attacks over the weekend in Esch and Rumelange left several injured. The police managed to apprehend the suspects in both cases.

During the night leading into Sunday, the police were alerted to a violent incident on Rue d'Audun in Esch. Reports indicate that several individuals were injured in a knife attack. The victims received immediate medical attention at the scene before being transported to a nearby hospital. Fortunately, their injuries are not life-threatening.

The two suspects were apprehended shortly after the attack. The altercation reportedly began as a heated argument between four people, leading one of the suspects to brandish a knife. The individual was arrested under the orders of the public prosecutor's office.

A similar incident occurred on Friday evening in a flat on Rue des Martyrs in Rumelange, where two people were injured by a knife. Upon arriving at the scene, police officers found evidence of a physical altercation and a group of people involved in a dispute. All parties were taken to the police station for questioning and further investigation.
