The tax relief measures proposed by the CSV-DP coalition are unfair and would not result in social justice, the Greens' Sam Tanson said on Monday.
Although the election campaigns promised much on the topic of taxes in the run-up to 8 October, the coalition agreement's proposals would hardly relieve the tax burden on low earners, Tanson told attendees at a briefing to mark the Green Party's parliamentary return on Monday.
The agreement was leaked last Friday ahead of its official publication in the Chamber of Deputies on Monday afternoon.
In response to the agreement, around 85% of the previous government's policies would simply be continued, Tanson noted, despite the fact that the CSV had repeatedly expressed dissatisfaction with the previous coalition's measures.
