In recent days, several burglaries have been reported to the police.

Early on Friday morning, at approximately 4.40am, law enforcement received a report of a vehicle burglary along Rue Gabriel Lippmann in Bonnevoie. A suspected offender was identified and apprehended as part of an ongoing investigation.

In both Luxembourg City and Dudelange, attempted burglaries were reported. On Thursday, around 4.20pm, authorities were alerted to an attempted burglary on Rue d'Eich in Luxembourg City. In this case, an intruder had tried to force open the back door of a residence but was interrupted by the resident. The perpetrator fled in an unspecified direction, while forensic experts were despatched to the scene to aid in the ongoing investigation.

Thursday night saw another incident, this time involving a single-family residence on Rue Jean Eiffes in Dudelange. Approximately at 2am, a burglary was reported, and the perpetrators were once again confronted by a resident. They fled in an unknown direction.
