The driver of an Audi reportedly threatened other motorists. According to the police, the individual dined at a restaurant in Hagen shortly before the incident.
At around 8.30pm on 18 March, several motorists got into an argument in Rue de Kleinbettingen in Steinfort. The driver of an Audi with Belgian number plates is said to have threatened the other motorists.
The police report that earlier in the evening, the man was at an Asian restaurant in Rue Principale in Hagen together with two other men and a woman.
