On Friday night, police launched an appeal for witnesses after a teenage girl went missing on Thursday afternoon.

Leyla Theis was last seen in Ettelbruck on Thursday afternoon. According to the police statement, it is possible she's either in the area around Ettelbruck, or in the south of the country.

Leyla Theis is 17, with a frail build, and wears glasses. She has short dark hair and was last seen wearing a white and beige tracksuit with white shoes.
