Police reported a roof worker had suffered injuries after falling from scaffolding on Thursday morning.

The Inspectorate of Labour and Mines  (ITM) was called out to a construction site on Route de Vin in Schengen on Thursday after the worker fell off a 7-metre high scaffold.

Initial reports suggest the man did not suffer life-threatening injuries. Further details are unknown.
