The latest figures from the Ministry of Health show that a total of 394 cases of coronavirus were discovered over the last 24 hours.

1,211 tests were conducted over the last 24 hours, counting 233 new infections and 161 reinfections. A positive infection is considered as a reinfection when there is a minimum of 90 days between two positive PCR-tests.

No deaths were reported, meaning the death toll in the Grand Duchy remains at 1,165.

There are currently 23 patients in hospital, with one person currently in intensive care.

The R rate is at 1.00.

According to today's report, 481,083 people have received their first vaccine dose in Luxembourg, while 1,292,311 doses have been administered in total. 433,305 people have received a second dose. 377,923 people have received an additional booster.
