A serious traffic accident occurred at around 5.40pm on Hammhaff Street in Berdorf, on Sunday.

For reasons still unknown, a vehicle went off the road and ended up in a ditch on the right side of the road, before rolling over several times.

The 25-year-old driver was ejected from the vehicle and succumbed to her injuries on site.

The police identification services and the psychological service of the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) went to the site to collect all the information concerning this tragic road accident.
