RTL Today - Nommern: School campus and nearby cars vandalised on Thursday night

The municipality of Nommern reported on Facebook that individuals had committed acts of vandalism on Thursday night.

Various doors and windows of the school, the Maison Relais, and the reception hall were broken, possibly with a pole or a similar object. There was also an attempt to break into the premises, the municipality reports.

In addition, several cars in the nearby parking lot also fell victim to the vandals, who broke windows and damaged the bodywork.

The local council is clearly dismayed by the extent of the damage. The police are investigating, and are advising residents to report any information that could help identify the culprits.
