A car and a bus collided on the A3 motorway around 23.30 p.m. on Wednesday.
The car was initially stationed at the side of the road and crashed into the bus when trying to get back on the motorway. The driver of the car tested positive for alcohol and had his license revoked as a consequence.
Shortly after midnight, the police were alerted to a reckless driver on the B7 near Schieren. Upon checking the driver, officers found them to be drunk and thus revoked their license.
In Rue Bender in Luxembourg City, another driver caught the attention of the police with his reckless manoeuvres. However, the man's alcohol test was below 1.2%, which is why officers did not revoke his license.
Earlier on Wednesday evening, officers were already alerted to a suspicious driver in Rue du Fort Neipperg in Luxembourg City. While checking the car, officers discovered a metal box containing five grams of marijuana. The driver received a fine.
In Esch-sur-Alzette, officers were alerted to a man in need of help. They found that he was drunk and brought him to an arrest cell. Officers further confiscated 70 grams of hashish during the incident.
