The summer holidays have also come to an end for the country's scouts.

Close to 400 out of the 1,000 registered scout chiefs in Luxembourg convened on Sunday near the Däichhal building in Ettelbruck. 35 workshops and info points were organised for the occasion, which allowed chiefs to get ideas and inspiration for new scout activities during the upcoming season.

At the same time, the Chief Day is a great occasion for colleagues from all across the Grand Duchy to meet up and exchange. People in Ettelbruck seemed happy that after more than a year under the pandemic, scout life seems to be picking up the pace again. Though many events were only held in digital format, scout numbers did not suffer last year and membership has remained consistent at 5,000 registrations.
