Luxembourg's branch of the Red Cross is actively supporting families affected by the bloody attack of 5 June.

More than 130 people, including military, civilians, children and adults lost their lives in the attack. A few dozen were injured and 1,000 families have fled in seek of refuge.

The Red Cross are seeking to help these families, as the humanitarian requirements are increasing day on day, according to the director of the Red Cross in Burkina Faso, Raymond Ligban.
