After months of enforced closure, bars and restaurants are once more able to welcome guests outside their establishments.
People were certainly hoping for better weather on the first weekend that terraces were allowed to reopen. Nevertheless, a number of them did not seem to care about rain or cold. While there were still not many tourists around, locals have begun flocking to their favourite spots again.
Whether it be in the capital, in Echternach, or in Bertrange. Luxembourg has many scenic locations where one can first take an extensive walk before taking a well-deserved break on a terrace. Even if guests still have to wear jackets and gloves, it still feels good to have a piece of old freedom back.
