After the joint highest number of Covid-19 related deaths was posted on Monday evening, The Prime Minister and Minister of health announced new strategies and measures to curb the spread of the virus.
Monday's Covid figures have placed Luxembourg in a critical position as once more the per-capita mortality rate rises.
The ten additional deaths recorded on Monday now takes the total to 236 and is the joint highest number of deaths since the pandemic began.
