The culprit made use of his bicycle to make a man fall and then escaped via the nearest bicycle lane.
On Friday evening, a cyclist crashed into a man who just had just come out of the railway station in Mersch and was heading towards the bus stops.
The cyclist then proceeded to rob the man of his wallet and phone before escaping on the bicycle lane on Avenue de la Gare.
Despite the efforts of several witnesses to catch up with the culprit, he managed to escape. The suspect is approximately 1.80 m tall, slim, and was wearing a red T-shirt.
