The Spuerkees bank, LALUX insurance company and Ernster bookstore are leading the pack in terms of adapting to the crisis swiftly and efficiently, a KPMG survey found.

1,000 respondents participated in the survey, which sought to find out which brands consumers think adapted best to the lockdown. Respondents were ask to rate consumer satisfaction and overall experience. LALUX ranked first, while Spuerkees and Ernster took the second and third place respectively.
