The affected products have best-before-dates of 4-6 July 2020. Delhaize has requested that customers return the product to stores.

Delhaize has removed the affected items from sale and implemented controls with the supplier. Customers who have purchased the product can return it for a refund. Other products in the range are not affected and can be consumed with guaranteed safety.
Customers who have already consumed the product should contact their GP if they experience symptoms of food poisoning, usually within 12-72 hours of eating the product. The symptoms can be worse in young children, immunocompromised people and the elderly.
