The 75th anniversary of the liberation was celebrated this Saturday in Munshausen.

"Thanksgiving Day" is an American custom celebrated every year on the fourth Thursday of November. In Luxembourg, the celebrations took place this Saturday in presence of Grand Duke Henri and the American ambassador.

The organisers of the celebrations and structural engineers recreated the infirmary and the military base that were located in Munshausen during World War II. Visitors could travel back in time and participate in numerous attractions the entire day.
