The adapted and updated spelling rules reflect the diversity of the Luxembourgish language and allow more variable variant spellings.
The online spell checker “Spellchecker.lu” already adopted the new spelling rules into its system. The app will be updated next week.
The updated list of words was completed by the centre for the Luxembourgish language (ZLS).
