A strange event unfolded on outside Lycée Michel Lucius on Thursday afternoon.

It was an unusual afternoon in front of the Lycée Michel Lucius, as a naked man ran around harassing people and motorists. The man hit people, knocked a motorbike over an tried to stop a car from driving away by hanging onto it.
