Police raided publicly funded Radio 100,7 as part of the so called Chamberleaks operation.
Two police officials received on Tuesday a warrant from the investigating judge calling for a raid at the radio station and also for the collection and confiscation of specific sensitive files.
However, the officials were left disappointed. 100,7's editor in chief explained that the documents they were after had already been deleted. Resulting in the bust being quickly wrapped up.
The investigation was directed against editor Jean-Claude Franck and journalist Claude Biver and further unknown persons.
Radio 100,7 was informed that they now face charges related to IT fraud and theft of electronic data.
