This is a first and a great novelty on the Luxembourg market. Hotel investment is making its appearance in the Grand Duchy. It is now possible to invest in a hotel by purchasing one or more rooms.

This hotel is located in the north of Luxembourg, on the shores of the Weiswampach Lakes, in the heart of the brand new tourist project developed by the Lamy Group, Anatura Luxembourg.

Absolutely exclusive on the Luxembourg market, the concept of hotel investment comes from the United States. In the 1950s, large hotel chains such as Hilton and Marriott offered individuals the opportunity to invest in a hotel room.

The Lamy Group introduced this concept in Belgium with the construction of a hotel resort on the banks of the Eau d'Heure lakes. As with Anatura Luxembourg, Lamy built the hotel, sold the rooms to investors and now provides the daily management of the establishment to ensure a certain return for the owners.

What is hotel investment and what are the advantages?

The hotel investment corresponds to the purchase of a hotel room. Its main advantage is that it allows you to invest in a real estate product at a reduced capital without worrying about the rents to be paid by the landlord.
