Talking to Festival Director Geoff Thompson, we cover the effects of Covid-19 on the film industry, languages from the British Isles and jam making!
Geoff Thompson moved from Dublin to Luxembourg over 30 years ago. In that time, amongst many other things, he set up the British and Irish Film Festival.
Now in its 12th year, we reflect on how Covid affected the film industry and therefore the knock-on effect on film festivals.
Geoff recalls his life-long love of film, wins a mini-debate about the Welsh language and ends by talking about jam-making!
