If you have any inkling of wanting to create your own business, the Entrepreneurial Woman Project will help guide you through some of the key thoughts and actions necessary.
The Entrepreneurial Woman Project was created by the Luxembourg-Poland Chamber of Commerce and is now in its seventh year. It's open to any female, of any age and nationality so long as you speak English. It doesn't matter if you are just at the very beginning of thinking about a business concept or have the whole idea mapped out: all applications are valid until the end of August. The team normally get about one hundred applicants from which they choose around 30 ladies, and from this group about 5-7 will go on to form businesses.
The course starts on the last Saturday of September for six consecutive, intense Saturdays covering topics such as:
- how to develop your business plan
- scan the market
- obtain a business license
- raise money
- create a business presentation
- tax obligations
If successful, the course will cost you just 150 € for LPCC members and 195 € for non-members.
Through this intense, but short, course, you'll figure out whether it's for you or not!
You can register here.
