We ran this survey last year, to get an idea of how our readers had taken to the then-new idea of wearing a facemask. Now, we'd like to see how your perceptions have developed.

We first ran this survey in August of 2020, at which point wearing a facemask was still quite new, though it had begun to normalise quite considerably compared to the early days of the pandemic when masks first became compulsory in some settings.

We still have all of the data from that first run, and would like to see how perceptions might have changed over the past seven months or so.

It does not matter if you answered the first survey or not, in fact it would be ideal if we had a mix of people who did and did not answer the first time around. This, of course, is not a scientific study.

The survey consists of 13 questions, and shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes to complete. While we ask for some demographic information (gender, age), your answers are anonymous.

We will publish the results next week.
