IT Operation Engineer Officer (m/f)



The mission


The purpose of the role of IT Operation Engineer Officer is to support the IT Operation Team in maintaining, upgrading and monitoring the company’s software, hardware and network as well as providing first line support to about 150 internal users.




Ideally certified MCSA (with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position) you have matured experiences in the network management of a medium sized IT datacentre. You have a proactive attitude and able to provide a high level of quality and responsibility at all times. 

Part of a multicultural company and team you have a good knowledge of French and English as well as good interpersonal and organizational skills.



Main tasks


  • Maintain, upgrade and monitor the company’s HW and SW infrastructure
  • Providing first line support to internal users



Technical experiences


  • Ideally certified MCSA with a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • In-depth knowledge and administration of Active Directory/Group Policy/Powershell Scripting/Right Management
  • Ability to investigate and perform root-cause analysis
  • Virtualization Administration Experiences (Nutanix, VMWare)
  • Networking
    - Router/Firewall/Switches/WLan/NAT
    - Load balancing, Proxy Management, Mail relay
    - Security Access and Antivirus management
    - Sophos
  • Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
  • Microsoft Office, Office365, Exchange, SQLServer
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016, Windows 10
  • Knowledge of the ITIL support processes
  • Corporate Backup (Netvault)
  • Fluent in French and in English (any other language is an asset).
