1. Attend Claire Parson's album release show
What: 'In Geometry' by Luxembourgish jazz star

Luxembourg jazz singer Claire Parsons will present her new album 'In Geometry' at the southern Schungfabrik on Saturday. Parsons will be accompanied by her incredible band, consisting of Eran Har Even (guitar), Niels Engel (drums), Jerome Klein (piano) and Pol Belardi (bass). If you want to experience top-notch jazz-pop by some of the country's best musicians, you can't miss this one. But be quick, because due to coronavirus measures places are very limited.
2. Visit a different type of Holocaust exhibition
What: History in comics

For more than 30 years, comics have regularly taken up serious subjects, with a lot of important works addressing the Holocaust. With over 200 panels, this exhibition will showcase the relationship between the graphic narrative and the Holocaust. From works showing Mickey at Camp Gurs, the adventures of Superman, Uncle Paul, Master Race, Unknown Soldier, Maus or the story of the 3 Adolfs - this exhibition sheds a different light on the extermination of the Jews by the Nazis during the Second World War, providing the public with the tools to interrogate themselves on the history of the Shoah.
3. Have kids take drawing workshops at Mudam
What: 8-part drawing course for children

If your kids are excited about drawing, or even going a step further and showing interest to learn more about contouring, lines, perspective, portraits and engraving, then this monthly workshop at Mudam may just be the right thing. There are eight courses in total covering different topics, one per month. The price for the full course is €100 and is reserved for 'Mudaminis' only (kids between 9-12 years old.
4. Let out your inner freestyle moves at Rotondes
What: Express yourself in dance

The SOM workshops are spaces that make free expression - more commonly known as freestyle - accessible to all in a caring, welcoming environment. These sessions seek to facilitate spontaneous creation while changing our relationship to improvisation through play and storytelling. There is no choreography, no particular dance style, no dance teacher either, you are your own choreographer, dancer, interpreter...
The workshop on 3 October will be led by Mogwaï from Serial Stepperz, known and recognised for his many titles including Respect my talent, UK Bboy Championship 2016, Summer Dance Forever 2011 (as Battle team Crew), Street Fighter 2015, The Week, etc.
5. Take your dad/husband out for go karting on Father's Day

It's Father's Day on Sunday, 4 October! And every (well, at least almost every) dad or husband enjoys a little bit of go karting now and then...
There are several race tracks in the Greater Region, inlcuding Karting Mondercange (note: closed on Sundays, better Saturday), Metz Kart Indoor, or NTK. 6. Enter Ananda Grows' musical world

Ananda Grows is a musical embrace of your inner worlds and a musical journey by the exceptional producer and musician Nick Sauber. It's music for the soul with a collaborative approach of working with different artists in the world. The music on his opus incorporates a variety of different influences, you can find a wide range of music styles, such as jazz fusion/nu jazz, experimental, urban r'n'b, chill hop and electronica. The focus is on unique, lovingly created and selected sounds.
Support comes from Mudaze, a local producer who is passionate about the connection between jazz, classic and electronic music, which is constantly reflected in his captivating and eclectic soundscapes.
